§ 68.332. Transit Shelters.

    Transit Shelter Design. Transit shelters should be designed so that passengers accessing the shelter and the bus driver have the ability to clearly see the shelter. Seating areas, if provided, should be designed to discourage sleeping or occupancy for inappropriate lengths of time.
