Impact fees shall be payable in amounts as set forth in the applicable City ordinances
and codes as adopted from time to time. For policies utilizing Traditional Design
Standards, and which incorporate shorter average trip lengths, greater interconnectivity,
higher pedestrian accessibility and better jobs/housing balance, a reduced impact
fee may apply consistent with the Transportation Impact Fee Schedule. Eligibility
shall be subject to review and approval by the SETDRC and City Council at the time
of specific parcel Master Plan review.
