§ 6.01. Orange County Ordinance Regulating Animals Adopted.
Latest version.
All provisions of that certain ordinance relating to the control and regulation of
animals in Orange County adopted by the county commission of Orange County, Florida
on April 2, 1991, entitled "Orange County Animal Services Ordinance," ordinance number
91-8, and as it may be amended from time to time, shall be in full force and effect
within the boundaries of the City of Orlando, and said ordinance insofar as it is
applicable to the area within the corporate limits of the City of Orlando is adopted
and incorporated by reference herein as part of the Code of the City of Orlando as
fully as if set forth herein.
