§ 6. Contracts, Agreements, etc., Validated and Confirmed.

Latest version.

All contracts, conveyances, deeds, agreements, documents, heretofore executed by the Orlando Parking Commission for the City of Orlando, Florida and all acts and things heretofore done by said commission are hereby validated and confirmed, and all deeds, contracts, documents, agreements and purchases heretofore made and executed or accepted by the City of Orlando for said commission or for the purpose of establishing off-street parking facilities in said city are hereby validated and confirmed.
