§ 8. Appeal of Zoning Decision to Circuit Court.
Any person or persons jointly or severally, aggrieved by any decision of the City Council of the City of Orlando relating to zoning power granted to the City of Orlando by any special or general law, may present to a circuit court having jurisdiction a petition for issuance of a writ of certiorari, duly verified, setting forth that such decision is illegal, in whole or in part, specifying the grounds of the illegality in the manner and within the time provided by the Florida Appellate Rules and such proceedings shall thereafter be as provided by law.
