§ 3. Qualifications of Applicants.

Applicants for appointment as members of the Orlando Fire Department must be American citizens. They must stand physical examinations by the City Physician of said City. They must meet the requirements established in accordance with the civil service rules of the City of Orlando as may be in force at the time of their application and appointment to said department.
