§ 55. Invalidity of Portions of Act (O.C.C.).

Latest version.

If any section, paragraph, phrase or sentence contained in this act shall be held inoperative, inconstitutional or void by a court of competent jurisdiction, it shall in no way affect the remaining valid portions of said act.
