§ 6. Warrants and Drafts.

The said warrants and drafts shall be signed by the Chairman of the said Board and the treasurer thereof and countersigned by the secretary thereof, and shall be paid by the depository to which they are directed from the assets of said fund when duly presented for payment, provided, however, that no pension relief or benefits shall be paid to any person out of said fund unless the same be approved by a majority vote of said Board.
