§ 11. Power to Seize Abandoned Vehicles.

The City of Orlando by and through its proper officers be, and it is hereby authorized and empowered to take up, seize, store, and dispose of, any and all abandoned automobiles, trucks, motorcycles and other motor vehicles, found upon the public streets, alleys, public parks and parkways of said municipality, and to pass any and all ordinances and regulations for prohibiting automobiles, trucks, motorcycles and other motor vehicles from being left and abandoned upon the public streets, alleys, public parks and parkways of said municipality, and for the taking up, seizing, storing, and disposing of same.
