§ 13. Vehicles Taken Up and Stored by Police Officers.

Any police officer of said City of Orlando, Florida, is hereby authorized to take up and seize any automobile, truck, motorcycle or other motor vehicle abandoned in the City of Orlando, Florida, as herein provided, and to hold and store same to be turned over to the owner when called for, or forfeited and sold as is herein provided.
