§ 19. Publicity Tax Authorized.

The City of Orlando is hereby authorized to levy a special tax, annually, not to exceed two mills, upon the real and personal property in said City, to be assessed and collected as other municipal taxes are assessed and collected for the purpose of giving publicity to the advantages, facilities and productions of Orlando and the Section surrounding.
