§ 20. Disposition of One-Half Road and Bridge Tax.

  • One-half of the amount realized from any and all road and bridge taxes levied on property within the City of Orlando by the county commissioners of Orange County shall be turned over annually to the municipal authorities of the City of Orlando to be used in the repairing, working, improving and laying out the streets and bridges thereof, as may be provided by ordinance; provided, that the right of the City of Orlando to receive said one-half shall begin with the taxes levied for the year 1903.
