§ 22. Records.

  • The City Clerk of the City of Orlando, or the comptroller, or such officer as may be designated by the City Council, shall keep an accurate and complete record of all such sums borrowed and the notes issued therefor, showing the date, the amount, payee and maturity and rate of interest.
