§ 38. Condemnation and Removal of Decayed, Unsightly and Dangerous Buildings, etc.

From and after the passage of this Act the City of Orlando shall have the authority and power to condemn and remove or cause to be removed, all decayed, unsightly, dangerous and unlawful buildings, ruins, awnings, porches, or structures* within the corporate limits of said City.
