§ 39.6. Same—Construction of Ordinances Adopted Pursuant to Act.

Any ordinance or ordinances adopted pursuant to the provisions of this Act* shall be construed as having been adopted in the interest of the public health, safety, and general welfare of the people of the City of Orlando.
