§ 41. Inspection of Plumbing and Drainage Beyond City Limits—Generally.

The City of Orlando, Florida, by and through its duly authorized officers or employees, is hereby empowered and directed to make periodical inspections of plumbing or drainage facilities installed in the territory in Orange County, Florida, embraced within a radius of one mile beyond the City limits of said City.
