§ 45. Same—Intent of Statute; Penalties.

It is the purpose and intent of this statute that all plumbing and drainage done in said one mile radius beyond the city limits of the City of Orlando, shall be in accordance with the same rules and regulations as are in force within the City limits of said City, and any person violating any of the provisions of this statute or ordinances of the City of Orlando adopted pursuant hereto, shall be triable in the municipal court of the City of Orlando, Florida and, upon conviction, shall be subject to the same fines and penalties as are provided for similar violations within the limits in the City of Orlando, Florida.
