§ 53. Same—Clause Requiring Compliance with Regulations.

Any franchise granted by the City of Orlando under the provisions herein shall contain a clause requiring the owners and holders of such franchise at all times to abide by all reasonable regulations that may be imposed by the council including the designated streets and hours of service.
