§ 61. Pursuit and Arrest Across City Limits Line—Authority of Police Generally.

Any police officer of the City of Orlando is hereby authorized to pursue across the City limits line and arrest where apprehended in Orange County any person suspected of having committed an offense against the ordinances of the City of Orlando provided the pursuit of such persons is continuous after having originated within the limits of the City of Orlando.
