§ 66. Authority to Provide by Ordinance for Expenditure of Per Diem and Travel Expenses.

The City Council of the City of Orlando is authorized to establish, fix and prescribe, by ordinance, uniform maximum rates of per diem and travel expenses for municipal officers, employees and other authorized persons when performing authorized travel and provide for the payment of same by the City without regard to any limitation by general law.
