§ 13. Same—Alternative Procedure.

As an alternative procedure to the procedure outlined in Section 1 hereof*, the Tax Collector of the City may follow the procedure set forth in the General Laws of Florida for the sale of personal property for delinquent county ad valorem taxes. In such case, the same procedure may be followed save and except that the City Tax Collector shall be substituted in the place and stead of the County Tax Collector. The authority granted by this Section 2 is cumulative and in addition to any and all other authority granted to the City of Orlando.
