§ 15. Foreclosure Under General Laws.

Latest version.

In the foreclosing of the tax liens upon real estate, instead of adhering to the procedure herein, such foreclosure may be had under the general law governing chancery practice in the State of Florida, or any general law for the foreclosure of tax liens upon real estate.
