§ 21. Interest and Sinking Funds.

Nothing herein shall prohibit the City of Orlando from levying from time to time any taxes as same may be now provided and authorized, to pay interest and create a sinking fund to pay any outstanding bonds against said City, or any bonds to be issued by said City under authority of law.
