§ 23. Tax Certificates.

The City Council of the City of Orlando may, by resolution, provide, in any year or indefinitely, for the sale of tax certificates on real property on which City taxes are delinquent, in the same manner, to the same extent and by the same proceedings and forms, as nearly as may be, as are applicable to the sale of county tax certificates. The resolution and notice of sale shall fix the time and place of said sales.
