§ 7. Conveyance of Submerged Lands.

  • The Authority is hereby authorized and empowered to make application, from time to time, to the trustees of the internal improvement fund of the State of Florida for conveyance of all of the right, title and interest of the state in and to such submerged or partly submerged lands as the Authority may deem necessary to carry out the purposes of this act, and said trustees are authorized to make such conveyances to the City of Orlando, upon such considerations as they may deem proper, of all or any part of such submerged or partly submerged lands as they may find to be necessary to carry out the purposes of this act; provided, however, that said trustees shall in any such conveyance make adequate provisions for the protection of the interests of the state school fund in any of said lands, and no conveyance of same shall be made except upon such conditions that the interests of the state school fund shall be fully protected.
