Chapter 19. ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE LICENSE FOR OPERATION OF MAYOR BOB CARR MUNICIPAL AUDITORIUM AND EXPO CENTRE |
§ 1. [Special License Authorized.]
In addition to any licenses that may be issued under the provisions of the beverage law of the State of Florida, the Division of Alcoholic Beverages and Tobacco of the Department of Business Regulation is hereby authorized to issue a special alcoholic beverage license or special alcoholic beverage licenses to qualified applicants consisting of the City of Orlando, or its assigns, for use within the confines of the Mayor Bob Carr Municipal Auditorium and the Expo Centre (formerly known as the Orlando Exhibition Hall), all located within the City of Orlando; provided however, that any such license issued pursuant to this act shall not permit the licensee to sell alcoholic beverages by the package for off-premises consumption.
