§ 2. City Territorial Boundaries.

The corporate limits of the City of Orlando, a municipal corporation heretofore created and now existing in Orange County, Florida, are hereby extended, established and defined by ordinance of the City Council of Orlando, with said ordinance being on file with the Department of State of the State of Florida and with the City Clerk, City of Orlando.

Prior to amendment by Ord. of 10-20-1980, § 1, ch. 1, § 2 of the Charter defined the city boundaries and was derived from Laws of Fla. ch. 11662(1925), § 1, and Laws of Fla. ch. 73-576, § 1.
