§ 30. Pensions for Employees or Dependents of Deceased Employees—Authority of Council to Provide.

The City Council of the City of Orlando is hereby authorized to expend public funds to provide pensions for employees or dependents of deceased employees who are not now nor heretofore have been provided for by any established pension plan or program maintained by said City.
