§ 14. Validating Assessments for Street Improvements.

Latest version.

All assessments and reassessments, made by the City of Orlando, for the purpose of building, repairing, changing, vacating, grading, paving or improving any street, alley or sidewalk in the said City, heretofore made by the said City; and all matters of evidence of indebtedness for said assessments, or reassessments, be and the same are hereby validated, ratified and confirmed; and that any and all irregularities, defects, or imperfections, relating to the making or levying of said assessments or reassessments are hereby declared cured.
