§ 15. Assessments for Sewer Construction Validated.

Latest version.

All assessments and reassessments, made by the City of Orlando, for the purpose of laying, constructing, repairing, changing, vacating, enlarging, diminishing or improving any sewer in said City, heretofore made by said City, and all matters of evidence of indebtedness for said assessments or reassessments, be and the same are hereby validated, ratified and confirmed; and that any and all irregularities, defects, or imperfections, relating to the making or levying of said assessments or reassessments are hereby declared cured.
