§ 3. Florida Statutes, Chapters 73 and 74 to be Applicable in Event Lands are Acquired by Eminent Domain Proceedings.

In the event the City of Orlando acquires all or any portion of the lands herein described by eminent domain proceedings, the provisions of Florida Statutes chs. 73 and 74 shall be fully applicable thereto, and shall govern all such proceedings.
