§ 6. Rights of Holders of Certificates Generally.

  • Any holder or holders of certificates issued hereunder or trustee for such holders, shall have the right by mandamus or other suit, action or proceeding in any court of competent jurisdiction to enforce his or their rights against the City of Orlando, its city council and all officers, agents and employees of the city, including, but without limitation, the right to require the city council and city officials to fix and collect rates and charges adequate to carry out any agreement as to, or pledge of the revenues from which said certificates of indebtedness are payable, and to require the city, city council and officials to carry out any covenants and agreements entered into by the city council, and by action or suit in equity to enjoin any acts or things which might be unlawful or a violation of the rights of such holder or holders.
