§ 18A.03. City Commons Plaza and Lake Eola Park; Hours of Operation; Presence After Closing Prohibited.

    City Commons Plaza and Lake Eola Park are City of Orlando parks which shall be open for public use each day from 6:00 a.m. until 12:00 midnight and shall be closed for public use each day between the hours of 12:00 midnight and 6:00 a.m. Such closing hours shall not apply to activities being held pursuant to City policy or permit granted by City Council as to City Commons Plaza or by City Council, the City's Director of Families, Parks and Recreation or Chief of Police as to Lake Eola Park when such approval or permit specifies longer hours.

    (2)

    It shall be unlawful for any person to willfully enter upon or remain within the plaza at City Commons Plaza or Lake Eola Park during such hours as these parks are closed for public use. Such presence shall be grounds for immediate arrest.
