§ 18A.06. Park of the Americas.

(1)

Park of the Americas shall be open for public use from 8:00 a.m. until half an hour before sunset of the same day and shall be closed to public use from half an hour before sunset until 8:00 a.m. of the following day, unless otherwise approved or permitted and posted by the City Council or the City's Director of Families, Parks and Recreation or the Chief of Police.

It shall be unlawful for any person to willfully enter upon or remain within the Park of the Americas during such hours as the park is closed for public use. Such presence shall be grounds for immediate arrest.
