§ 18A.07. Harry P. Leu Botanical Gardens; Closing Hours; Presence After Closing.

Harry P. Leu Botanical Gardens is a City of Orlando park open every day, except Christmas Day, from 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. and closed from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 a.m. of the following day. Such closing hours shall not apply to activities at Harry P. Leu Gardens or the adjacent Garden House facility being held pursuant to approval or use permit granted by City Council, the Director of Orlando Venues Department or the Executive Director of Harry P. Leu Gardens.

It shall be unlawful for any person to willfully enter upon or remain within Harry P. Leu Botanical Gardens during such hours as the park is closed for public use. Such presence shall be grounds for immediate arrest.
