§ 27.08. Gambling Machines.

No person shall manufacture, own, store, keep, possess, sell, rent, lease, let on shares, lend, give away, transport or offer so to do, or permit to be operated, placed, maintained, used or kept in any room, space or building owned, leased, rented or occupied by him, or under his management or control, any machine or device described in and prohibited by Florida Statutes §§ 849.15 and 849.16.
