§ 27.12. Same—Money and Other Property Not Defined in Preceding Section.

All sums of money, property or things of value, not defined in Section 27.11 of this Code, which shall be seized by, or come into the possession of the Police Department, and the prize, share of prize, bet, stake or wager in any lottery, scheme, device or game of chance prohibited by this Chapter shall be forfeited, and shall be disposed of as provided by law, to the extent that it may be forfeited to, and claimed by the state, and all other money and property so forfeited shall be reported to and be disposed of as directed by the City Council.
