§ 27.11. Seizure and Destruction of Gambling Devices—Generally.

Any table, fixture or implement, apparatus or paraphernalia used in, and adopted to gambling, and found in any gambling house, room, booth, tent, shelter or other place shall be seized by the police and the same shall be destroyed by the police upon the order of the municipal court, after a reasonable time, or shall be turned over to the sheriff upon his request or the request of the county solicitor, the State Attorney or the grand jury.
