§ 2.04. Abandonment of Office.

Latest version.

The absence of an officer, except the Mayor or Commissioners, for more than a month without leave first obtained from the City Council, may, except as otherwise specially provided, be taken and deemed an abandonment of his office, which may be so declared by a majority of the City Council.
