§ 2.13. Disqualification Because of Pecuniary Interest, etc.

The City Attorney shall not act for the City in any matter of business in connection with or with reference to any person, corporation, partnership or business organization for whom he is agent or attorney or wherein he is pecuniarily interested. In such event, the City Council may appoint another attorney to act for or to advise the City.
