§ 2.70. Administrative Amendment.

(1)

Funds received from an unanticipated source not previously included in the budget, including but not limited to grants, donations, gifts or reimbursement for damage, may be appropriated and expended following approval by City Council of Budget Review Committee action thereon. The fund total provided for in the budget will be increased accordingly.

(2)

Increased receipts from enterprise or proprietary activities received for a particular purpose may be appropriated and expended for that purpose following approval by City Council of Budget Review Committee action thereon. The fund total provided for in the budget will be increased accordingly.
