§ 2.75. Benefits Not Assignable or Subject to Process of Law; Exceptions.

The benefits to an employee provided by this division shall not be assignable or subject to any process of law whatsoever, except that an employee may assign to the City of Orlando or the Orlando Federal Credit Union, of which he is a member, his right to a refund of his accumulated contributions plus interest thereon in the event he resigns or is terminated.
