§ 2.74. Employees Entitled to Participate in System.

All other requirements of the Employees' Retirement System having been met, all non-civil service permanent employees of the City shall, as a condition of employment, participate in the Employees' Retirement System; provided however, that no civil service employee of the Police or Fire Departments shall be entitled to participation in the plan established by this division, such departments having their own separate retirement plans.
