§ 2.77. Administration.

  • The City of Orlando Deferred Compensation Program and Plan shall be administered by the City's Chief Financial Officer. The Chief Financial Officer shall represent the City in all matters concerning the administration of this program and shall have full power and authority to adopt rules and regulations for the administration of the program and to interpret, alter, amend or revoke any rules and regulations so adopted, all being subject to review by the City Council.
