§ 2.89. Positions to which Division Applicable.

There shall be included in any agreement entered into under Section 2.90 only services in positions of:

(1)

Firefighters who are members of firefighters pension fund and who have, prior to the date of federal approval of OASI coverage, filed written election to become covered.

(2)

Firefighters who, on or after the date of federal approval, become members of firefighters pension fund.

(3)

Firefighters who were members of firefighters pension fund on July 15, 1958, and who have, on or before December 31, 1962, filed written request with State Industrial Commission of OASI coverage.
