§ 2.98. Positions to which Division is Available.

There shall be included in any agreement entered into under Section 2.99 only services in positions of:

(1)

Police officers who are members of the pension fund of the Police Department of the City and who have, prior to the date of federal approval of OASI coverage, filed written election to become covered.

(2)

Police officers who, on or after such date of federal approval, become members of the pension fund of the Police Department of the City.

(3)

Police officers who were members of the pension fund of the Police Department of the City on July 20, 1959, and who have, on or before December 31, 1962, filed written request with the State Industrial Commission for OASI coverage.
