§ 2.111. Unauthorized Destruction of Records.

It shall be unlawful for any officer or employee of the City to mutilate, destroy, sell or loan or otherwise dispose of any public records, as defined in Florida Statutes ch. 119, without proper authority to do so. Any person willfully and knowingly violating any provision of this article shall be punished as provided in Section 1.08 of this Code.
