§ 2.126. Consultants' Qualifications Board Established; Composition.

There is hereby established a Consultants' Qualifications Board, which Board shall be composed of the Chief Financial Officer, the Director of Public Works, the City Attorney, and the Capital Improvements and Infrastructure Development Division Manager of the Public Works Department, or their designees, and one member to be appointed by the Mayor and confirmed by the City Council. A representative from the Public Works Department shall act as Chairman of the Board.
