§ 2.127. Qualifications of Consultants.

It shall be the duty of the Consultants' Qualifications Board to determine the qualifications and make recommendations on the selection of all consultants (as defined under Florida Statutes § 287.055) who desire to provide professional services to the City of Orlando. Such determinations of qualifications and recommendations of selection shall be made in accordance with procedures which have been approved by the City Council.
