§ 2.128. Purchase of Documents Pertaining to Municipal Projects.

Any corporation, partnership, association, organization or person shall be entitled to secure contract plans, specifications and documents pertaining to any type of proposed municipal improvement project of the City, upon payment therefor of an amount to be determined by the Director of Public Works. Such payment shall be an amount reasonably related to the actual cost of preparing or reproducing such documents.
